I have just read a few posts, and noticed that someone wrote in that normally domains that start out with 'my' don't work out to well, but it does have a PR of 3, shouldn't that mean something?
Judging by their sig link, I think it's mycollegememories.com. IMHO, domain name value alone would be reg fee.
Didn't look at the sig. Would've thought that if someone wants an appraisal, then they should mention it in the post. Anyway, I would have to agree, reg fee as an undeveloped name
