Does anyone know where I can download free databases? Like Jokes, ZIP Codes, ect...

Try maxmind.com for the IPs database for cities/countres

 

or GeoIP or http://zips.sourceforge.net

blackjack, you can post the links as long as they are not clickable, just take out the http:// and www
