    Its only got 1 backlink from a PR1 page from what I found.

    Is there more backlinks that I am missing that make this a PR5 and will stay a PR5?

    It's not necessarily wrong. The PR may drop, but the name is pretty decent, even quite valuable to the right person...

    The PR is real, its not from a redirect, so its as real as the PR you will find on any domain you buy. PR by its nature changes, either up or down, calling this domains PR 'not real' is incorrect in any context used within the norms of PR domain trading.

    Well calling this domain a VALID PR5 is completely wrong. If you can view real time PR it would be 0. Its false advertisement and pretty much a scam.

    If the only thing you are determining real PR is from a redirect or not then your wrong.

    If this PR is real then the owner should wait until the next toolbar update then try to sell it. But he wont get much for a PR0 domain.
