Network - network and network some more. Get to know folks in the web design and hosting business - they often get SEO leads Do some pro-bono and loss leader work. Meaning that you make less but build out your portfolio of clients and experience.... Much of SEO work comes in word of mouth and from past clients etc.... Sure... you could spend a ton o time and/or money SEO'ing your way to the top of the ranks or on Google AdSense.. but that requires the time/money to do so.... ...just a few thoughts for ya

PM me with a list and corresponding prices .. and portfolio of keywords with urls that I can see where you rank ...
