The design needs work. For your icon graphics, replace them with more updated styles.. you can find free ones at iconbase.com

Don't use clipart for your header area.. again, simply find a nice free icon and replace your graphic with it

The button graphics on the left needs some work. The text on the buttons should be anti-aliasing for a smoother look.

 

tou can change your menu style.. put some color..
