Votes must be placed here: phpLD June 2007 Site of the Month Contest Good luck to everyone.
Good luck to everyone! I just wanted to say that before you vote, please look if the directory you are voting for, has article feature integrated, because that's the reason why contest began in first place.
Lol... you also naa... hell lot of directories would have got disqualified I rushed the forum @ phpld on seeing ur comment and did breath a sign of relief seeing David's rules...
Yea, sorry if my rules sounded strict. You can talk here about sites. I mainly just wanted to avoid promoting sites or arguing in the voting thread itself. Honestly, how could I possibly create a rule against arguing here on DP?! Looks idk.in is in the lead right now. It is a nice site. We'll see if this trend continues.
Up until the last two contests, there was no prize. In previous contests there were some issues with vote buying, and the prize was very nice. Mainly, the purpose of the contest is to recognize good works, and I know also that it will help traffic for the site as well. We may consider doing prizes again in future contests, but nothing is planned for this one.
what if the directories dont have any content blogs in them still they are nominated but not allowed for voting? because in post#2 its said the content was started mainly related to this.
Then they probably won't win. Should that become an issue, we'll take a look more carefully. Which ones do you believe should not be in the contest?
