Recently when i check the inbound link of my site, I found my site link was posted on some spamming sites. I'm worried that my site maybe penalized for this. Any nice suggetions? TIA

You can't get penalised for people linking to you.

When you think about it, this has to be the way. Otherwise, your competitors could simply link to your sites from 'bad neighborhoods' and affect your SE rankings.

it's not a reason for a google punishment . you must check the sites which you are linking. it's more important than the sites which are giving link to you

The only was is to contact that website owner himself and ask for the link to be removed.

What if the "bad" site did something like "Buy a link for $10,000" and then report all the links on Google's Paid Links form that Matt Cutts mentioned?

That's one of the many reasons I'm against Google penalizing 'paid links'.

^ the best way to do! ;) bad links that points your site can be a bad impression to the visitor when people sees them in inappropriate sites.. for example,, your site is all about religion and your link is seen in a porn site,,, too bad!
