    Google will ban them the day they find out about them.
    Whats the logic behind "Google will ban them when they get to $100" ?
    When Google Closes a persons account, they send the Earned Money. Be it $10 or $99.

    It's not allowed by Google but also by the RIAA and maybe one day they will knock at the owner's door... :D
