All my other sites are still up and working fine, but for some reason google blocked ads from appearing on the site listed above (with no email explanation). Granted, it's not the most eye pleasing site, but what is against TOS on it? Is it the pictures next to where the adsense used to go? I put over an inch gap with a thick line between.... ???

Google sometimes do ban individual sites, But if you are confident that isn't the case then that probably isn't the cause.

I had this problem once and google said it was because when the medibot went to my site and requested the robots.txt file it didn't get the file and recieved an error other than 404 (file not found). I uploaded a blank robots.txt and the ads appeared.

I added the site in my first post. I hope that's all it is. I'm paranoid.

Your robots.txt file has an html template in it.
Delete the contents of this file and leave it blank, See if that fixes it. The medibot may have been confused by it.

That was me just adding the robots.txt file after reading your initial post, there was no robots file before that. I went ahead and deleted all the contents of that file.

give it a while and see if ads appear.

By the way, If the advert is going to be next to those four images that may be a reason why they aren't displaying. It's against the terms to have images next to adverts like that.

That's the only thing I can think of, but I really don't think that is against TOS. I made sure to put a line and space between any pictures and any adsense. It's a very common use, and one that I put in after advice from a Shoemoney thread.

Anyways, doesn't it usually say ''this page is not authorized'' (or something like that) when a site is actually banned. And why ban a site but not an account. And no email. ... just very weird.

Line or no line it's still against the terms if the images line up or appear to be associated with the advert.
    Adsense and images policy

They even give an example of a placement that is not allowed and it looks just like yours.

If the rest of your sites are in line with adsense terms it would be a bit harsh to ban the account.

I would remove the image then contact Google again.
