    Hello,

Today I have placed a search box on my site.
Already 3 people have done a search and my earnings of the search are $0.

Im a bit confused now, It would be great if someone could clarify this up for me:
When do I earn something with the google search on my page ?
Is that with every search a vistor does ? OR With every search they do AND click a search result ? Or something else ?

    Thanks !!

PS: Yes... im a newbie

Not only do they have to click on a link, but it has to be a sponsored link(generally found at the top, and to the right of the search results)

Thy need to clicks on the ads that appear on the search page. you don't get money simply by people searching. Hope this helps.

Thank you very much for this answer ! I understand it now !
Well, let's see if the search box brings in any money... if it doesn't, I'll just remove it... It doesn't look too pritty ;-)

I have my answer, thanks !

it's not different from normal ads. your visitors must click ads on search pages. google does not need people to make search:D they want people to click ads

Searches alone don't generate any revenue, you may get your share only when some visitor click the ads in search results pages.

What others said… In addition, try this little trick. Set the default button to search the Web and not your site.
