What will the infidels be missing out in paradise?

In the Bible, both people got stoned. It was an equal opportunity punishment. The NT speaks about adulterers going to hell both the man and the woman.

In Islam, only the woman gets punished.

You may consider the Bible a bit harsh in the punishment (not accounting for the mercy which takes away the punishment which isn't available in Islam) but it is not sexist in judgement.

 

Is getting raped by suicide bombers for eternity, supposed to be heaven for the virgins and boys too?

 

Think of it this way, in heaven they'll all be Brad Pitt * 100. If you were a woman getting "raped" by Brad Pitt * 100 would you really complain?

Islam makes sense if you're willing to toss aside all reason and logic.

Given the above, it is to be noted that the punishment specified for an unmarried person guilty of fornication in the Shari`ah is 100. In the very beginning of Surat An-Nur, it is stated that: (The woman and the man guilty of adultery or fornication,- flog each of them with a hundred stripes: Let not compassion move you in their case, in a matter prescribed by Allah, if ye believe in Allah and the Last Day: and let a party of the Believers witness their punishment) (An-Nur 24: 2).

As for the punishment specified in the Shari`ah for the married adulterer or adulteress, it is stoning to death. In the Kuwaiti Encyclopedia of Islamic Jurisprudence, we read the following:

Ibn Qudamah wrote: “Muslim jurists are unanimous on the fact stoning to death is a specified punishment for married adulterer and adulteress. The punishment is recorded in number of traditions and the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) stands as an authentic source supporting it. This is the view held by all Companions, Successors and other Muslim scholars...”

Thinking of the wisdom behind prohibiting homosexuality and lesbianism, the following can be said:

First, such acts lead to the spread of passivity among the young generation and destroy their morality, since they cannot practice such perversion except after taking some drugs to create for themselves a virtual atmosphere where they feel fake joy. Sufficient unto any person to feel that his manhood is lost.

Second, it destroys the lives of women whose husbands leave them in pursuit of this perversion and they, in turn, try to find a way to satisfy their sexual needs. In such case, the whole society will be no more than chaos.

Third, it is a fierce attack on progeny and pregnancy, which increases the human race.

Fourth, the dangerous diseases that are caused by it are unavoidable and fatal. Topping these illnesses is HIV/AIDS.

It is because of all these things that Almighty Allah prohibited homosexuality.

Lesbianism

As for lesbianism, it is also no more than a perversion and an attack against the natural relation between a man and a woman.

There is no certain punishment for lesbianism. Still, disciplinary punishment is there for any perverted person who commits it. The Kuwaiti Encyclopedia of Islamic Jurisprudence states:

"Muslim jurists agree that there is no certain hadd (punishment) for lesbianism. However, they agree that disciplinary punishment should be administered since it is a sin."

Such an act spoils the doer's character and make her testimony unacceptable, as stated in the above named encyclopedia:

"Muslim Jurists agree that a witness should be morally sound. A pervert cannot be taken as a witness. Since lesbianism is an act of perversion, a lesbian cannot be a witness. Even with the jurists not declaring this openly, it can still be understood from their words and conditions."

 

Yeah, alaska88, if you think like this, women and men should also be stoned to death if they use condoms or other contraceptives, because they're "destroying families, adversely affecting the birth rate".

Face it, the world we live now is not the same as the world thousands of years ago. You can have pleasure without aids and other diseases, without affecting anyone else besides you and your partner and so on. I'm not saying it's right, I'm just saying it's possible.

Who are they to decide or who decided it's a sin? I mean seriously, what can possible happen to 2 women kissing each other? They won't get pregnant, no one is affected besides them and so on.

I'd rather believe that those laws about woman not having sex with other men were written in order to REDUCE the number of the population, because in the Arabic region, full of desert and little water, it's maybe harder to sustain lots of souls.

But considering only births, we should also stone to death nuns and priests because they don't get married and have children, reducing the population.

It's just plain stupid.

That's pure ignorance, the HIV is not caused by homosexuals, a hetrosexual can catch aids from a person that has never engaged in a homosexual relasionship, aids is not even a problem made by mankind, it's come from the animal kingdom.

Really, then why is it millions of people on earth every day engage in homosexual relasionships, if he really was "almighty" lets see some of that might shall we ?? No, actually we won't and you know why, it's not Allah that prohibits these things, its actually your small mindedness doing that.
