Hiring SEO

My company is putting together a website. All of our transactions will be online based. We have great name and will be advertising not only on the internet but around vacation areas(My home town) billboards, signs everything. I am looking for 2 to 3 SEO professionals who know what they are doing. I have always thought hiring someone for SEO purposes was always a bit sketchy so I found a way to pay for this. We have created a forumla that incorporates how we rank on certain keyword searches. How many back links we have, how many visitors we get from other websites and how many of these turn into adsenese clicks or sales..?

If you are up for the challenge please submit your work or give me a brief description about your self or company.

Problem is that YOU are in charge of conversions.. which is what you are paying based on. SEO is simply achieving predetermined rankings on a given Search Engine

I doubt you will find quality help with such an offer..... Did YOU do the KW research? How do we know those terms you have targeted will even bring traffic? Never mind that traffic converting..

    See the problem here?

No professional SEO would waste much time with such an arrangement. If your closing methods (conversions) suck.. the SEO is going to pay for it.. even though it is not their job...

    My 2c for ya

well we found an seo that is going to comply on the terms, a contract will be signed and payment will only be received if pre-agreements have been made. So we will see and thanks for everyones opinion and input
