I have to promote a weight l0ss related website for a client, something like those H00dia Weight L0ss P1lls and diet and health supplements. Has anybody had any experience promoting or marketing such a site? How should I go about getting links for the website. I don't want to go with spamming of course. I've already updated the site with lots of useful and unique content, corrected the titles, metas, submitted to Google sitemaps etc. and now have to start the linking process. I think it will be a bit difficult to get links for such a site. Any suggestions or comments will be highly appreciated.
Why dont try related blogs...I think there are lots of blogs available about weight loss....May be it might work
Yes thats another idea, but most of the blogs will require to be paid to add a blog post or would want a link back to their blog. I can offer a link through a weight loss or fitness/health directory but paying for links is not what I'd go for.
