    CSS can help fight code bloat and shrink the ratio of code to content. This alone will help you SEO efforts. That said, this all depends on the skill of coder. Crap code will get you crap results no matter what you use.

    CSS, if you modify something, you only need to modify 1 file not all pages in a site.

    Imagine manually editing 1000 pages.

    For me CSS Style sheet , Because it would crawl directly your contents. rather than HTML tables.
