You can use the widget tool of MyBloglog.

 

Google Analytics is really all you need. If you need more power than that I would recommend Omniture Analytics. Very robust and expensive

google analytics has been really useful for me. Paid version of MyBlogLog also is kinda cool.

these are the two I use. there are lot more like awstat and others.
