SEO based content is nothing but the use of the keywords for which the web page is designed. You have to use the right keyword in the content otherwise there are chances for the site to be banned because of the content. One more thing is first learn about the basics of SEO and SEO based content and then use the right content writer for your site.

The biggest aspect of SEO isn't the on page stuff its the off page stuff.

You need to get lots of other sites to link to your pages if you want to rank highly. Try learning about link baiting and social media.:)

I will be publishing some tutorials on my blog about this stuff next week.

Your content must grab attention to visitors. You must also put your keywords in your content but do not stuff it.

MUST be related to site/keyword you're targetting high ranking for.
But then it must also be "non spammy", no "keyword stuffing" and similiar.

Its like a balance...between "relevancy" and "spammy"...not too much, just "enough". You can also look at high ranking competitor's sites and see what theyre doing.
