I just got photoshop oppened it up and my background color is a tan, when the color is set to #ffffff or white. But when i save as jpg then it becomes a white, can anyone please help.
I dnot think you understand ill take a pic and upload it to help explain. here is a pic to help better explain:
All you have to do is go to Image >> Mode >> RGB Color. How do you save your image? And what extension do you save it in?
That is how i have it, and in that pic i just opened a new document nothing done to it. could some one please help.
Did you ever try re-installing Photoshop? Make sure all of your settings are at default, you might have messed something up. Make sure your "white" color isn't replaced by a custom color that you chose when being careless and quickly choosing a "near" white color.
#ffffff is the hexadecimal value for white. (and because of this post i just wrote a function to convert hexadecimal to rgb in php lol) anyways back on subject, check your color profile in the preferences.
yes i know hat is the hexidecimal version, and i played around a bit with the preferences and it finnaly turned white, thanks alot ot everyone that tried to help.
