    Designers are all good at different things..depends what you are after, really. just take a look around people's folios and in the contests/design services threads and you'll probably find your answer.

    Probably busy with paid work, it's why I haven't been around as much either. It's always better to do the paid work than the slim chance of money work ;)

    I'll have to say Colleen (Kalina) is probably the best I've seen yet... they're very smooth and easy on the eyes. There are a few here to that I've worked with and they've done an awesome job :D
    It all depends on your opinion and what style you like really.

    I also wouldn't go as far as to say I'm the best here, but I've won a couple of contests recently, and I'm confident in my skills. I won't be the cheapest you find here, to be sure, but you won't be disappointed. With many of the cheaper prices on DP, you get what you pay for.

    i couldn't agree more. as for the best designer on here, we all have our own individual skill sets and we're all probably the best at one thing or another in our own right but to go as far as to say that you are the 'best' designer on here is a bit far fetched in my opinion. it's a matter of taste. what visually arouses you and stimulates your optic nerves. different people have different styles and prefer different things. now myself, i don't even compare to some of the other designers out there but i am a professional designer and i make a living by freelancing. am i the best? definitely not. as long as i can satisfy my clients and make sure that they are happy with the end result, that is all that matters to me.
