Hi, I know this is a weird question but I couldn't stop myself from asking. I'm just too curious to know what others pay for the Gym (I know there aren't many on DP but still there are some ). I myself pay around $10 monthly and that's good for me Though it is expensive as compared to other Gyms in my city but I can't compromise on quality What about you?
Ten dollars a month is a very good price since the sport and health center I use to go to was around 40$ a mth. Now I just workout at home much cheaper!
i used to go to gym previously, these days am only on internet, doing nothing else! anyways, my gym costs were about 3$ a month, i used to get special discounts as my friend owns the gym!
About $65 a month for my gym, then another $10 for a locker. Small price to pay I have one as well, just never use it!
around 80 buck after tax... 10 bucks is crazy price. Even the crappy bally's total fitness ask for 40 buck a month
$75 no wonder you're there 27 hours a week! get your $ worth! __________________ I lift weights, 12oz @ a time My gym/rec center is only $10 a month for residents of the city. I used to pay like $20 for Gold's.
I actually have almost better stuff at home! Just 'nicer' I guess lifting at a gym then at home. I thought you were getting your axx back in there?!
Yepp Lazy blanks like you dont work out much in home.. they need gym envo to get going.. 12 Oz... thats the weight of your Camera, right?
I am! I was there this am b ut I was playing ball not lifting depends which lens I'm using, if it's this one then I need a spotter
don't you play enough pocket pool at home? Now start lifting! I had about a 2 hour chest session today, felt great!!!!! I just need the damn gym to get me bigger dumb bells and I'll be set!!!!
How long you've been body building?? Any tips for a newbie like me? I'm not a musculer guy and I need to get atleast 10KG weight so I'm lifting heavy weights (as compared to others), do you think it is ok for me to lift heavy weights? It's been only 2 months I started but I've improved 6 KG weight ANy suggestions GRIM? PS:SOrry for going offtopic lol
I've only been lifting again for about 1 1/2 years, lifted in the past though. I'm also the wrong guy to ask about 'gaining' weight, that's not a problem for me. Heavy though with less reps if you want to bulk, low weights with higher reps if you want to tone and gain strength is the basics..
