How Much do you pay for the Gym Monthly

    Hi,

I know this is a weird question but I couldn't stop myself from asking. I'm just too curious to know what others pay for the Gym (I know there aren't many on DP but still there are some :) ).

I myself pay around $10 monthly and that's good for me :) Though it is expensive as compared to other Gyms in my city but I can't compromise on quality :D

    What about you?

I used to spend around $5 a month in the gym but I don't have time for that anymore lately.

Ten dollars a month is a very good price since the sport and health center I use to go to was around 40$ a mth. Now I just workout at home much cheaper!

About $65 a month for my gym, then another $10 for a locker. Small price to pay ;)

I have one as well, just never use it! :p

I'm not a musculer guy and I need to get atleast 10KG weight :) so I'm lifting heavy weights (as compared to others), do you think it is ok for me to lift heavy weights? It's been only 2 months I started but I've improved 6 KG weight ;)

    ANy suggestions GRIM?

I've only been lifting again for about 1 1/2 years, lifted in the past though.

I'm also the wrong guy to ask about 'gaining' weight, that's not a problem for me.

Heavy though with less reps if you want to bulk, low weights with higher reps if you want to tone and gain strength is the basics..
