After selecting “Featured link - With 5 Deep links “ and filling in my info, I hit Continue. The page reloads with a portion of my information and another Continue button… hitting this button doesn’t seem to have no effect. I never say a page or button for submitting payment.

By the way: The text and the background appear to be the same color the field near the top of the page which contains the user’s choice of Regular or Featured Links…
