Havn't applied for adsense yet.. but i know they don't accept warez forums.
But this isnt a warez forums as it doesnt link people to illegal downloads, it links people to streaming movies & tv shows - www.bulkvid.com

I dont see the point in applying if im going to get let down.

    Cheers

If you have any reservations about your site not getting approved here's something to try...

start a blog on blogger about a nice, wholesome topic. Make a couple of posts and then apply with that as your site.

You would be better off applying with your site not a made up blog. That way if you get rejected you can reapply with a different site later if that is what you choose. It you apply with a blog and your site is against Adsense TOS you will get banned later when you add ads to the site. If you are banned you cannot get another account, if you are denied, you can still reapply if you get other sites.

It is always best to be honest up front and know for sure than to try a sneaky way and earn some money and get banned before you get paid.

I agree with that - however I have seem cases where people have been approved and then later banned for the same site that Google originally approved.

Normally they either changed something after the approval to violate the rules or did not follow the TOS by clicking on their ads or something..

    mmm no its not.
Im not linking people to a website where they can download Movies/music etc.
Its simply people posting Parts from movies.. Most of the parts are even hosted on Youtube..

    Thanks

If these movies have legal owners - they can ban you. I mean if these movies are stoled

i couldn't take a peek because you need to register, but your description and the look of the forum it looks like a warez forum.

warez is offering something that you do not have copyrights to and is not free to distribute.it can be hosted on your server,on someone elses as in like rapidshare,or a video site like youtube.

i believe clips or "parts" still infringes on copyrights unless they are trailers.
even though google owns youtube and they have copyrighted material doesn't make it right.
someone could send a DMCA complaint to your host and get you suspended.
most likely they will just send one to youtube, but if they're really pissed they'll send 2 emails. :D
