I quickly wrote "oxygen" and i was waiting something like Do You Need Oxygen? You can buy it now at eBay But nothing like that appeared This companies are really powerful
Well, thats funny. Hahaha. Sometimes when i search for something. other languages ad will be on it. And their ad is using their native language. Dono what language is it.
The ads are funny . Google Adwords is only a machine afterall. But I really think Google should start considering to invent an algorithm with stronger word filters to prevent this type of ads from showing at all.
I remember these ebay ones for keywords: african slaves (posted screenshot somewhere at the forums) and cat pee
A couple of months ago I saw one that said the following: Red Lobster! "If you got the itch, we got the crabs!!!" It always makes me laugh when I think of it.
The reason why that ad appeared is that the advertiser was using dynamic keyword insertion. The headline was programmed to display the keyword used for the search query, in this case, "baby". Hilarious ad nonetheless!
This one is another keyword insertion gone awry: Shoe Store On Sale Now Find the Nearest Store in your Area Great Deals on Shoes. Shop Now! www.charlotte.com/shopping Charlotte, NC
There are millions and millions of this advertisements ! I am just spending an hour to check whether we have any other funny advert Olgi
Umm this is probably the most hilarious one yet.... God Looking for God? Buy direct from sellers and save www.ebay.com
The ad is funny and believe me the way people have responded and showed there comic part is even more funny.
The interesting thing is that e-bay have actually selected these keywords... I can only assume that they put 'baby' on broad match, hoping to catch terms like "baby clothes", "baby toys" etc, but it looks like lazy advertising to me... Then again, you've got to assume that they know what they're doing...
That's not necessarily true. It could be another term they have broad match for. Google's broad match has gotten so broad, it's almost ridiculous. For instance, if you sponsor broad match for "clothing", your ad will show for "shoes".
