I snagged playtheagnecy.com . Which was a dropped/expired domain with PR3.Apparently it was connected to some form of games that was used with mobi's in Portugal.
Maybe minimal or small amount under 10 for now since I just bought the domain on June 8, 2007 and it is only 9:30 am June 10, 2007 now. I have it parked right now at Godaddy. So I havent really checked the traffic stats I am sure if there was a higher amount of traffic. The domain would probably get a deceint appraisal.
Well it will be obvious when someone just bought a domain there will be little or no traffic and or revenue which is the case for this domain. Although I did just get .06 cents in parking it in the last 3 days. So I will see if this domain pans out being parked and what it can bring it. Sometimes many domains will have value beyond development traffic and revenue. I sold the401kblog.com for $175 and they sought me out. I ocassionally sold a blog post but had very little traffic to it. They just wanted the domain and not the blog. So I guess my point would be that many people who buy and sell domains would be wasting their time if they followed your opinion of a domain not having value if there was no development and or traffic. Many people sell their domains at Namepros and DNJournal. And many sell their domains beyond the reg fee there. One mans trash is anothers treasure.
