How to contact paypal by phone ?

I need to verify certain things and hence I want to call them. I just want to know the best time(EDT) and phone number to call to get fastest response. If you have Any personal experiences than please do tell me

I'm not sure about EDT but I think googling would help you to convert PDT to EDT

Here are the best timings to call them:
4:00 AM PDT to 10:00 PM PDT Monday through Friday
6:00 AM PDT to 8:00 PM PDT on Saturday and Sunday

Also how helpful can be they be on phone ? I mean if you are having some problem with your accounts, can they solve them or will in "paypal style", tell you to follow what is written on email and there guidelines ?

Yeah, in my case it was more like 25 minutes, but they were helpful then.

 

Hey, you have no right to blame. At least thats 100000x faster than their email support and I appreciate that its 10 minytes - 15 mins.

In the past, it used to be about 30 minutes

When I called them they were quite helpful but not very much. I'd say their phone customer support service was not very good too. Atleast I was not impressed.

 

They have helped me sort something out and took about 20 minutes to do so. It was worth the 25 minute wait to finally get someone on the line.

 

I hate their support personally. They take forever. And I always get forwarded to like 2-3 departments before someone says they can help me

 

I got kept waiting on the phone, and they played an annoying song, that was quite depressing. Nearly got everything soted out though, so not too fussed.
