    Up for sale is JustChatter.com

    I started the site up last year (in September) and it has grown to where it is today. It has a licensed copy of iCo-Content installed (which accounts for about 1000 of the posts) which is included in the sale ($50 value).

    Current Board Stats:
    Threads: 2,319, Posts: 4,362, Members: 1,037, Active Members: 28


    It also has an RSS feed which accounts for another 1500 posts. The rest of the posts are from actual members or paid board posters (which I used to start the forum).
    According to AWstats, it gets about 1k uniques and about 20k pageviews per month.

    I've had adsense off and on it a bit, and it's never generated any sort of measureable income (adsense shoes $10 total for the channel). Assume $0 revenue.

    The VB license is leased, and as such not included with the sale. The new owner will have to get a new license or port it to another forum software.

    Ok, need to free up this leased license, so for the next 60 minutes only the first person to post 'sold' and claim this site gets it for $50. After that, if it's not sold, I'll resume the auction (refer to this posts time stamp for time frame). The iCo-Content script license alone is worth this...
