    3 Days only? I'd go nuts. I go minimum 5 sessions, much of the time 6-7+ I just don't heal fast enough to go any more :eek:

    Lol grandpa. My bones are nice and strong, and my muscles can tear for ages to come.

    Anyway, I'm cutting over the summer, as opposed to everyone else, who already cut for the summer. I just have to figure out how.. I've been bulking for about a year now, and I forgot how to :}

    Bah grandpa. I lift 2+ hours a session, heavy to the max. I hit 4 hours a day when I can, unfortunately unless you're on rhoids and even then a body can't keep up with that type of intensity :p

    Lol, help me cut. I'm on GVT at the moment, and I need to start cutting in about 2 weeks, when school is totally over. Where should I research? Im thinking about 2 lbs of fat per week. Got ideas?

    I found forums obsolete. I'm a member of t-nation as well as bodybuilding.com forums, and noone reveals any worthy cuttin plans. And there's no way I could cut doing GVT. It kills me with the amounts I eat, I simply wouldnt be able to without them. Plus GVT isnt a cutting program itself.

    www.muscletalk.co.uk is also very good.

    This thread has taken off much like the poster. I think he signed up hoping it was a BB site. 1 post asking about it. thats' it!

    Lol, good. We need a handful, atleast, around DP. Otherwise, who'd bully all the skinny, weak people?

    Very true it's hard to motivate me. If somehow i could manage sites and get in a work out at the same time, i'd be all for it.

    No...really i have things for which to work out. and I'm supposed to start on Monday. I found it weird, ironic, that this thread was here. Maybe it is DP's secret way of reminding me that I'm to start on monday lol.

    There's golden advice. I'm willing to bet you will. For around 3-4 tries, and then finally stick with it. I've been toying with the gym for 3 years, and only about 2 years ago did I take it seriously and committed myself.

    Check out Clutch Fitness. Quality science-based information. Beware of bodybuilding.com - so much misinformation there and people just regurgitating stuff they've heard without having any physiological backing.

    If you have any specific questions - let me know. I've been in the game for many years.

    Cheers.

    Let me know what you need help with. I've competed at less than 6% bodyfat, without the aid of drugs. Can offer any help you need, and so can many others at my site (link in sig).

    But you are right - GVT is not ideal on reduced calories. But there *are* ways to go about it.
