So this payment modification will include deep links and coupon mod to the directory it is installed on?

I will be working on a coupon system in future upgrades. However, for the first version released, I will not focus on that just yet.

The auto-loader, which I didn't explain at all on my submit page, is a feature that allows you to download and save a text file containing your submission details. After a user makes a payment to your site, he receives a e-mail with the download link to the small text file. The text file then can be used at any site with the auto-loader feature. So for someone who decides to fill in 3 listings, with 18 sub titles/urls (a lot of typing), then that person will be able to fill the entire form with that small single text file. I hope my explanation is clear enough, if not, you will have to see it in action to understand.

Richie, if you mean the multiple listing option, then yep.

Is it possible to to incorporate different types of payments for the customers, like e gold or moneybookers also? Although good job on the mod looks good.

ahh okay , yeah ...I guess you can call those deep links as well...I personally prefer sub pages (I feel like its a better term to allow a webmaster to understand what the feature is). And of course, when anyone who wants to change the term back to "add deep links", then feel free to do so.

I have thought of this. But to be honest, I have not really looked into these payment services yet, but if they offer something very similar to PayPal IPN's feature, then perhaps I'll be able to add these methods. But no promises yet on this.

Once I allow a few directory owners to test out the system, I'll be providing more information on that.

Anyone planning on using this system, I strongly suggest you take a look at the link above. Although the modules needed for the application to work are mainly common ones, you should still double check with your host that your server has them all.

Just tried it for you and it was telling me Site URL appears to be offline or invalid. I used a site I knew was online to test. Hope that helps.

 

Excellent work, have added your directory to my directory of directories under the phpLD mod category.

 

Thanks...I will think about this more. I put a 10 second timeout (may increase to 13-15) for my script to retrieve a proper header from the domain you tried looking up...so if the site you tested was online, that probably meant my script took longer then 10 seconds to contact their site and retrieve its header info.
