7 day refund policy...all other hosts are 30 days.. my experience was unreliable servers I am so happy I moved to a respectable web host. uptime is important. having website down and saying sorry after 2 days is inexcusable. some people just should not be in business. good luck DP'ers.

Ok just a little tip to everyone who has lost their files. Usually at cpanel it backs up all the files (daily weekly basis), so you guys can access your cpanel and you can get your files back. And if your unable to access your cpanel through your domain name, trying using the IP address of your shared sever It comes like this (http://your shared IP here/cpanel) Or If you have personally designed your website then obviously you have the files stored in your PC's local drives and so no worries. And finally, if you have hired a 3rd party Web design company/person to design your site, then you can ask for the files from them. So you guys have 3 options to get your files back, so Try those out And abt Bizzops, Hez a nice and fair online merchant and im sure he will do everything to help you guys out. Just give him some time as it will take time to sort things out from his end. And these things can happen to anyone but what's really important is that Bizzops is still here to help you guys out, and some bad merchants just disappear. So be patient guys.
Yea, I have all of the files, but like a complete idiot, I had my weekly WordPress database backups being emailed to an account hosted on the same server (consolidated servers a while back and overlooked this critical fact). I'd really like to hear from Bizoppz with a status update on my server and if recovery is going to be possible at all. I could have re-created the WordPress templates/installs from scratch, but the data in the databases is priceless.... and two weeks without a reply to multiple PMs is not boosting my confidence at all!
Sorry for having to post here but I've been waiting for Bizoppz to reply to a PM. He was online at 4.24pm yesterday, and last active again at 3.11am today and still did not respond to my PM. Bizoppz, you seem to be more interested in getting money from new customers rather than taking care of existing customers. I was told that a refund of my money ($155.96) is not available as " my account was activated quite a while ago." I did not know that my account was active, because I was not informed of this. I paid $155.96 for lifetime hosting on the 2nd March, and have received no log in details, have not used your service, and just want my money back. I have informed you that I have quit my day job due to ill health, and that money would come in very handy for essentials right now. You have had my money for over 3 months now, please just refund it (the right customer service thing to do).
Agreed, Minterest. Bizoppz, you said you would contact me on the 21st, or the morning of the 22nd "at the very latest", yet your most recent activity, was on DP 13 hours ago. If you are having problems, at least keep us informed.
