Huge Pr Drop today

I have 1 pr6 Blog and today all the categories Dropped from pr5 to pr0, i checked on more than 155 Data center and it show pr0 on all of them, the home page is still pr6

Just yesterday all the categories were pr5

Anyone noticed a pr drop today too ?

 

Today ? was there a PageRank update or what ?

Nope, I just checked all mine and no change in any.

Is this a fairly new domain for you? No chance it was faked is there?

 

Seems normal in view of all the algo changes and the in-accuracy in the 3rd party checking tools

Have a cuppa, relax, carry on with your life and all will return to normal

Upper : Yes am sure about this Pr Drop, but the pr update is expected in about 2 months this is way too soon for a pr update.

ALLot : its a 2 years old blog but i dont think domain age has to do something with this

i dont see any PR changes, the last PR update was done in 28 april so I dont think it will be that soon, as PR updates by norm are done around 3 - 4 months.

But who knows...

Are all this page indexed or maybe these page come banned? Take a look for a couple of days, maybe the PR back.

I did not see changes in any of my sites.

It's very difficult to believe there was a PR update for a limited number of sites only.

 

I have checked PR on a large number of sites that I have been involved with recently and I haven't found any change in PR.

 

Yeah, you should definitely check if those pages still appear indexed as google started the banning practice now. They are implementing a major clean up and that is a fact!! Is it PR 0, or a totally grey bar. If its grey - its time to panic! Or better look for the reason and fix everything!

 

Did you redirect your pages to other site/blog? It could be the reason.

 

Maybe you're being penalized for selling links from it?

 

i got a huge impressions jump up today. That should cheer you up.
