We just built a Bulldozer for Digging... Testers required

A project im working on called DiggMesh... we just put it in beta and looking for testers

All of this can be read at http://www.dubayou.com/diggmesh/

    What is DiggMesh?
Well DiggMesh is a project to help get links in digg on the front page, by creating a mesh of users that digg each others links.

    How Does it Work?
DiggMesh works by when you register you provide us with a Digg username and password and placing this file (diggpush.php) on your web server.
We you add your digg url to Digg Mesh it automatically adds 1 digg, from our account, and every 5 min we login with another user account and digg you link.
In short we created a automated system of digging and getting dugg. You provide a username and pass and we will digg your link with every one else's login.
The more people that submit links that day the more people will digg your link automaticly, this is to ensure every one gets equal amouts of digg for least effort.

    What is diggpush.php?
diggpush.php is what makes this special. Its basically a very low level proxy script. You MUST have a sever you can put this on running PHP. We do verify its integrity so please don't edit it.
So instead of our servers, with our IP's, logging into each account and digging 100's of items, each user will have a unique IP in Diggs logs, preventing banning. We send info to your sever and your sever send it to digg.com server.

Any other questions can be asked to me via (dubayou (TA) gmail ) or via AIM "dubayou dot com"

All of this can be read at http://www.dubayou.com/diggmesh/

I wanted to try it but I keep getting this error:

"diggpush.php out of date or modified or unreachable"

I followed the instructions and didn't modify the diggpush.php file.

Digg is pretty good at figuring schemes like these out in my experience. They can read patterns for who is digging who, and if every time you submit the same people digg your stuff.

Yes I understand that, but if you push shitty articles to the front page, this would be very suspicious don't you think.
Furthermore I'm sure someone from the Digg team is reading DP and already knows about this idea :D

Good luck with this project, it would be fun to see it in action.

Question: If say I submit a my digg link now and there are only a few members who signed up. That means I will only get few diggs right? What if later on more members signed up, will they digg my link to or do I have to resubmit for the queue?

Do you know how many topics have DIGG in the titile... i dont think they check them all. (i at least hope so). And it dosnt get them on the front page... just a kundge in the right direction

    It works like this per-DAY.

    user A adds link A
grabs (up to 5, but in this case 0) links from the DB
takes those 5 links and adds them into the QueDB to be dugg by user A
link A is dugg by our serverand added to our DB for that day

    user B adds link B
grabs (up to 5, but in this case only LINK A) links from the DB
takes link A and add it to the QueDB to be dugg my User B
link B is dugg by our server and added to our DB for that day

when we grab links from the DB we go with the ones our system has digged the least... this is to balance it out making it equal for all.

    any other questions?

Are you sure this is in Digg's TOS?

Something like you can't post to unsolicited accounts or something?

    I dunno

    1) This is against digg's TOS and you may even have law problems with that

    2) When a group of people vote on each other's links in digg, their stories get automatically burried, and it is very possible that digg will ban those users as they did in the past.

    you people are geniuses.

one word of advice, make some sort of topic areas, so lets say i like movie sites, my diggs would only go towards those, might add a little bit of validity to your service.

and would also prevent my digg votes going towards sites like: "earn $50,000 just by for surfing internet" lol.
