As this is a brand new site that I have recently created, the stats are a little short of brilliant but I don't poses to be a genius. I have included screen shots for your pleasure. This screen shot was taken 7th June '07.

I have coded this site with revenue in mind. It is already setup for Adsense and Clickbank revenues and a price for adding further revenue streams can be arranged after purchase.

Hosting is not included in the sale as this site is hosted on my own server at the moment but I would be glad to leave it there for a small fee ($47 per year). I can help with the setup of the site on a different server free of charge if needed.

This is a one off and I will never sell this site or the content contained again, the winning bidder will receive full exclusive rights to all content contained. The graphic used on the pages is a free graphic so there is no copyright issues.

I have set a BIN as I realise the worth of a site like this one and also because it weeds out people who want something for nothing.

I have registered this domain name at http://www.namecheap.com so the transfer of the domain name to the new owner is free. In Order for me to transfer ownership, you will need an account at namecheap, which is completely free. I will not consider transfer to other registrars as this can be costly and time consuming. The domain is registered until 19/4/08.

Nearly forgot: I designed the site in Dreamweaver 8 and I used a template for simplicity when doing sitewide updates. I can remove all template settings on request if prefered. Any questions on this please post or pm.

Couple of quick questions:
- the design, is it unique? And comes with the sale? (sorry, I didn't quite grasp your bit about the dreamweaver template stuff)
- Is it powered by a CMS? Or is it all static html?

 

The design is unique, designed it myself as with the content. I design using dremweaver and I used a template as I often do. This makes it really easy when performing site wide alterations. If you don't use DW I can remove the template so all pages can be individually edited. The site is not CMS powered, all pages are static.

Hope this makes it clear, if not I will post a more in depth explanation.

I'll bid $60 with two conditions if that's OK: if I win I'd ask that you remove the template (or whatever I need since I don't use DW) and secondly, I'll want to move the domain to a different registrar. All that means is that you unlock the domain and approve the transfer request when my registrar sends it (shouldn't cost you anything other than a response to an email).

Haven't really thought about an end date, just thought that I would end it when I thought I'd been offered a decent amount.
