How can I see when An Ad opted in for Content Match?

    I have some ads that have been running for a while now and I recently saw a spike in our spend. When I double checked I noticed the ad was set to enable content match. I didn't turn this on and I'm not sure who did, but now I'm trying to trace the history so I can see who set this content match and when. I tried the "My Change History" report, but it only goes back 3 months. Is there a report I can generate that will produce all time records for this?

    Content match is activated by default - if you didn't go turn it off it's on from the get-go.
