Very Unique PR3 For Sale

Hi,

I have decided to sell a project which i have just had developed. At present it has only just been finished so there is no revenue and traffic minimal.

What does the site do?
This site allows people to add their sites, which will then add it to the database along with pagerank, alexa rank, back links and other information. When it is added to the site people can buy/exchange links on their site through this site as it links directly to their paypal. Both users will then be contacted via email and then the owner of the site will add the link. There is also a rating system on the site so you know how to trust.

Why i am selling?
The reason i am selling is because i need to invest money in an online business i have started, so i don't have the money/time to promote this site.

I do believe that this site could be big with the right promotion and person to drive it but as i say i don't have the time or money at the moment.

Cost?
This project cost just over $1000 with using designers/programmers to construct.

I am willing to sell it for offers around $800.

Nice design, I like it. Are the thumbnails for sites generated automatically or do you have to do them by hand - or perhaps the users submit them?

The thumbnails are generated automatically, due to the site only being finished recently the revenue is nill and the traffic is minimal unfortunately.

Thank you for the opening bid paulwk. In answer to your question pwaring the site is full hand coded and does not use any script.

There is no rev/traffic as stated. This project has just been started so not promoted at all. There is currently no back end and runs by itself. If you do not know how to use phpmyadmin as this is what i use then a backend can be built.
