Well, these little countries like Estonia, Latvia would be "occupied" either by USSR or Hitler, so I don't know why they are crying about occupation, this is a normal thing called WAR, it happens during the WAR, the whole world was "occupied" by someone. It's funny to see how Estonia admires of nazist, SS, and the likes and with 1/3 russian population, they try to discriminate them in all ways they can. This is called democratic EU country?

You forgot Poland, they hate us too, as well as we hate them, they can't do much against us, so they made a big deal out of their f. beef from Argentina that Russia stopped buying it, why they bring this into EU-Russia relations on poltical level? Cos they are midgets, eat that unhealthy beef yourself.

I wouldn't say that America "are about the best friends" of Russia, there are other countries that are closer, one of them is Germany.

This was by far one of the more rotten posts I've seen lately.

 

Russia has alot of nukes, thats all, their miltary is in tatters and would not really be capable of fighting a conventional war against USA, UK, France, China or possibly even India. Also, remember that Russia didn't design their first nuke themselves, the KGB stole the designs from the British, who in turn had stolen it from Los Alamos (refer to recently declassified MOD documents for proof). The Russian airforce is antiquated with their latest fighters having nil stealth capabilities, also the Russian fleet is mostly unusable and in poor condition. Logistically wise they are no where near the level that the USA is at and would struggle to supply an army on the opposite side of the world. They may be able to nuke the planet to oblivion but that doesn't mean they are a great military power.

 

Well thats the point, if they can nuke you so much, you cant win against

No one can win such a nucleur confrontation, it would be insane for either side to even consider it. It is best that Russia and the US be friends, or at least partners. I see no reason not to be, Russia does not need Americas resources, they are super rich in Petrolium,, Gold Platinum, Diamonds, Silver, Nickel, Gold, Timber, Coal and all sorts of other resources.

 

Russia is making rapid strides in all spheres. Slowly but surely its going to upstage the US at some places and this could trigger a confrontation.

The cold war is still alive. Only its a bit more veiled!

 

Its not in their interest to do so as Europe is a big source of their income from petroleum sale.

You have to take into account the time period of the imperialism. Sure their were a few screwballs, such as Ivan the Terrible, but for the most part, Russia wants land, it takes it. If their is rebellion, it suppressed it with force.

On the other hand, the Americans used deception to gain economic control of other countries (see Cuba and Phillipines). They tell them "We fight for you!" and then when they win, replace the previous imperial power.

If by mongol you mean mongolian.... only in the mid-southern section.

What an ignorant comment. How about traveling the world to see all of its wonders? Rome, Paris, Moscow, Berlin, Giza, etc.

both russia and the U.S have nuclear sub that are floating under the ice caps and they both have the capacity to destroy the world. So if everyone is worrying about Russia launchin Nucs, then you should worry about the ones on there subs that surface once every 4 years or so. There are no co-ordinated until they surface so good luck finding them,
conclusion: No one will win... if any of the world powers decide to attack everybody is scrwed and no anti-missle station is going to help anyone.

You dont know much about concepts of war, then.

1) Two grand powers are fighting with millions killed, and here comes Estonia that "would not be in this war" ?? I would really want to hear your plan of them becoming free under Stalin or Hitler.

2) Stalin occupied everyone (except himself), including russians and many other nationalities, as well as my dad's family were departed to Kazazhstan and half of his family died in train. Read up the history.

Are you saying that only Russians drink vodka? Also, I find it odd that you would capitalize the "V" in vodka, but not the "R" in Russia. Cheap vodka will have that affect on grammar..
