Man suing for 54 million

Some crazy guy here in the states is suing a dry cleaning company for losing his pants. He somehow thinks its worth 54 million dollars because he calculated how much he would have to spend to go to another place over the years since he no longer trusts the place that lost his pants.

Is this the Lawyer, who claimed they were special pants, and he didn't feel comfortable during his case since he didn't have them on..

He will probably win since all the stupid people always win their cases.
I love how fat asses can sue places for "making them fat."

Im pretty sure it was the 20 pounds of food you ate a day that made them fat.

one american finds a poor excuse to sue .. now they all do.
sorry for being stereotypical but from outside view it looks like half of the people just earn money from sueing each other.

If this guy gets anything from the courts then court room can expect thousands of cases like this...

I think some people need to get real.. No wonder legal processes take so long if they're all clogged up with neighbours sueing each other all the time

I am American and it seems like that to me too. I don't plan on suing anyone anytime soon.

this is hilarious, i hope they dont give him one single cent, some people are always trying to find ways to get rich quick, instead of working hard.

He should at least get the cost of his pants back or some sort of compensation.

You can't just provide a service and not be responsible for other peoples property.

This shouldn't go to court in the first place.

The Dry cleaning company should of offered the guy some free dry cleaning as compensation.
