    Poor kid. It only takes about 1-2 years to be integrated into society.

    My highschool had a lot of home schooled kids come in at freshman year. Some didn't even know how to open milk cartons at lunch. They learned the complexities of opening cartons by end of sophomore year.

    Do you realize most everyone here and other forums, who probably spend a lot of time on a computer, and many others who spend a lot of time watching TV, are criticizing someone who just won a national competition, won over $35k, and has had dozens of national interviews and TV spots.

    It's best to be well rounded, but it's better to have naive and inarticulate social skills than corrupt and prideful with self-gratifying motives.
