Which kind of contest?

I am starting an advertising project that will offer online and outdoor advertising spots for webmasters. I am getting a $700,000 vehicle built for the project that will tour the US for 400 days.

I am thinking of several contests that could bring in people and would like to know what you guys think is the best.

    1) The bus will have High Definition screens, video game consoles, computers and a complete audio system to advertise the websites who buy spots. One option would be to make a contest that gives the chance to talented people to post videos and have people vote for the best. The most voted would get a few screens on the vehicle reserved to them and be promoted heavily in the bus tour and on the website, helping them reach millions of people offline and on.

    2) The first was focused on capturing regular people's attention. The second would be to do something similar but to one advertiser. An advertiser gets randomly picked to be promoted the most with the vehicle and the website during the 400-days long campaign. This is focused on bringing more webmasters to advertise for the potential big reward of having the maximum benefits of a million-dollar tour.

    3) The third would be to give away cash prizes. I will be able to give up to $100,000. That can be done by giving away many small prizes or making this a grand prize.

Which one would you suggest? Any suggestions?

    Thank you very much. :)

I'd have to say go with the promotion that gets the public interested.
If you get the public interested first, the advertisers are sure to follow

Very interesting project. I think combining all three contests wouldn't be bad.

I would also feature a real photo of the bus (when you get it) on your site just to show it off.

I see you've invested really a lot of money in it, so I wish you that it all goes well for you! ;)

Thanks for the suggestion. I am actually considering combining them all, but a bit afraid it would get too messy.

A real picture of the bus is not possible because it won't be finished before 5 months from now (because everything is custom and the only company that agreed to do it gave me a time frame of 5 months.) It is going to be amazing though, I am using Twenty 60-inch full High Definition screens from Pioneer, PlayStation3 video game consoles, and powerful computers. Everything will be visible from the outside and people will actually be able to interact with the vehicle.

Please keep them coming. Let me know what you think would work best and feel free to give any suggestions.
