According to TMZ.com the website that has all of the juice on the celebs, says a deal was agreed on and Paris Hilton is out of jail as of this morning. That's bullshit, she was suppose to spend 45 days in jail and a little less for being good. BS

Yep, the deal is that she'll get 40 days house arrest. So instead of going out the clubs she'll prob. throw a party every weekend.
Well, it is TRUE. She's now out of jail.... and will be serving the remaining of her sentence at home. I mean... hey... why at HOME? of all places.... she's staying in luxury; is that called imprisonment?

Ya know, I was thinking about this this morning. I remember a few months ago, someone got a hold of a bunch of Paris' stuff, and was going to open a website showing it off, ParisExposed.com. One of the things he said that he found was a prescription for Herpes medication. "Medical ailments", huh? Hmmmmmm...... It's no surprise to me that she got off. The jails here in Cali are overcrowded as it is, and most people that do lesser serious crimes get their sentences reduced. Like they say, "if you wanna commit a murder, do it in California..." Oh, I just read that the site is actually up and online now. Sucks to be Paris...
