    I have launched a new website this week itself and added some adsense to it. But don't know how to start so that i can increase my earning from adsense.

    traffic is the first thing you should be worrying about. A word of caution, your website might qualify as one of those sites that are made just for Adsense, which is against GGAD TOS.

    i got the same impression my friend...
    so i suggest that you try to make your site more interesting than how it is right now... if you could give rooms for web uses to add info on your site, much better than to yourself updating it every now and then, that would be a tough task.. and if left that way, there might not be enough reason for viewers to get back to your site or even invite friends to go to your site. Think of the possibilities... a lot to more improve your site...

    btw, im sorry if being to rough in my statements or am i... just try to help.

    either too slow server or server down

    in real life - if site takes more than a second or 2 i would kill the window/tab and go to another site

    That site is clearly made for adsense. I doubt you're going to gain more visitors unless you have something really important to talk about on your site. Good content->Trust>Visitors->new & returning visitors->Money is the right order and not Money->visitors->content. I hate when I see a page where what I'm looking for is hard to find but the adsense ads are all over the place and I'm sure everyone else feels the same.
