    These are the more recent set of sites I've bought from kgrad:

    Check them out! These look better than some of my production websites!

    HIPAA is my favorite design, but Six Sigma is a close second.

    I just sent all of these off to StephenHacking for submission to 1,000 web directories. That and a little bit of in-network linking should get them to PR4 in the next update.

    Then, I can advertise them on TextLinkAds and other link selling systems and start raking in the ROI.

    I'll also be pointing links to myself, of course. My heavy AdSense sites can always use more PR4 links. :)

    That will depend upon how well people promote these sites.

    Google appears to favor large sites over small ones, so these sites will probably never deliver ROI on AdSense revenue alone.

    However, they are very well suited for monetizing through link sales. Buy a bunch, get them to PR4, and then start selling links.

    That's my plan. :)

    I have my own domain names and I prefer to upload the files myself to my server. I can easily install the files, DB, Wp etc.

    My first site has made $3 bucks and some change so far in adsense and about $1 through Chitika . I really just started working on link building and what not.

    I just put my second order in which I'm excited about. It's a good niche, with great potential. I plan on really pushing my second site. I already have the perfect afflilate program to run with it.

    The way I see it, you can always expand your site.
