I'm sure you've seen the ads for SitePal, which claim that you can increase conversion rates with their service. They have case studies from companies like McAffee demonstrating increased conversion rates. Personally, I am leary of SitePal. I view them as tacky, obnoxious ads... Anyone out there have any experience with them? ~Adam
I don't like them because I hate audio ads. I usually listen to music while I work on the computer and I hate having that interrupted by a sales pitch.
Personally don't find sitepal appealing at all... it does seem tacky and unprofessional. What would be more effective would have an actual video with a REAL person discussing your product.
I personally dis-own sites with these guys... Perhaps they do stand out, are intriguing and could yeild a high conversion rate. I can't speak much for them because I have never used them but as a consumer, I leave right away.
I hate that thing. It just sounds really stupid when it's talking to you, the automated voice isn't very realistic at all for one thing (at least all the time I've heard it.) Why use SitePal when you can use your real voice for free?
Here is something you may not have seen and 100 times better then a cartoon sitepal and no i am not an affiliate Im just amazed at how well they do it and place it on websites livefaceonweb.com
Video ads are way better than audio ads. Frankly, audio ads just make it like you are listening to a boring radio channel
