If you will recieve the same number of clicks also the next days, there is no problem.

On one of the sites I'm working for, we passed from 10 clicks to 250 in one day and Adsense is running there since september 2005.

What is your Click Thru Rate (CTR %). If it's too high it might trigger a review.

Makes sure that these amount of clicks today will stay constant, Google investigates your sites once they see that one day your click hit the roof and then just fell again.

Why are there so many posts where webmasters are worried about a sudden small rise of clicks? As long as the traffic is legitimate and you are not breaking Google's TOS, so what if a Google employee decide to review your site. They are not just going to kick you out without making an informed decision. Google actually want you to make money so they can make money.

Windtalker, it's because google doesn't know what clicks are legitimate and which aren't. There fore it decides to play safe and bans you.

I know. This is exactly what happened to me.

I advertised in a local newspaper and had a heap of extra click throughs in a short period of time while the advert ran.

Google banned me and then wouldn't listen when I tried to explain.

Anything over 10% would be considered high.
