Try searching for a "quoted line" from your article, rather then just the URL, you may have more then you realize *shrug* As another note, the LINK: command from google is virtually pointless for counting backlinks.
Article sites are working for me. I don't see why any search engine wouldn't count the links....maybe they would be weighed less because it's the same anchor though.
No traffic or no links generated from article directories..i checked my backlinks in onestopwebmasters but I didn't see any link from article directories...
I think i am getting confused with the terminology. What is the difference between a backlink and link. If I search for my website url on Google, are the results links or backlinks. What about the my website url on an article. Is that a link or a backlink?
i think u need to submit to 50 dirs to get 1o results fast... i mean quantity is the best way to get more results
I think you should only write articles one time daily and rewrite it 4-5 times then submit them to 5 article directories...because what I think, article writing is very time consuming and the benefits for your link(if you didn't rewrite them) is zero. It is much better to pay for some link (which is cheap of course) than submitting articles...even it's better to create a content in your own website(time consuming too like article writing/rewriting) because when people loved your website, they will tell others.
