    i understand that to get relevant ads we have to put the code:

    <!-- google_ad_section_start -->

    <!-- google_ad_section_end -->

    but i don't know where to put those codes EXACTLY on my blogger blog. anyone?

    Edit your template and put it just above and below the identifier for content. Or wherever you want :)

    BTW, this is not really necessary or assured to change the nature of ads appearing on your blog.

    Right before and after your content, which you like to be used as base content.

    Rightly said :)

    You've to edit your template. For that you've to open your blogger a/c and choose template section.

    You can put your specific keyword / high paying keyword between the tag.
    I put my blog content between those tags.

    I try to use it sparingly and only where I can not tweak the content because it is images or a flash animation.

    I fear that you are punished if it is percieved that you are abusing it.

    My 2 cents :)

    I run some blogs at blogger.com and I found this way to be very useful in gettin relevant ads:

    In all your html/javascript elements put the following:

    <!-- google_ad_section_start -->
    <input value="keywords" name="hiddenField" type="hidden"/>
    <!-- google_ad_section_end -->

    where you replace "keywords" with whatever your site is about, f.ex:

    <!-- google_ad_section_start -->
    <input value="health, fitness, yoga, pilates, bodybuilding" name="hiddenField" type="hidden"/>
    <!-- google_ad_section_end -->

    You should have a nice amount of keywords though, I have around 20-30 relevant to my site and for teh moment it works great.. i also placed this into the "Edit html" section of blogger.com too at various places

    I just started this tonight, and am going to give it a try! Have to wait for Google to spider my site, which shouldn't be more than 24 hours.

    Hope it works!

    PS:

    One method I found on another site is to use adwords keyword tool, found at: https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal

    Then do site-related, enter in your site (or whatever site), click on "include other pages", then pick "cost and ad position estimates" from the date to display, enter in your max amount, and hit "get keywords". This shows you what keywords are going for.

    Is this a good method? I picked about 20 of the top keywords (ones that were related) and put them in my Meta keywords.

    Thanks!
