    Domain: Registered at Name.com and expires Jan 08.
    Revenue: Adsense is integrated but revenue to date is minimal (less than $1.00 in total)
    Traffic: Total monthly visits in recent months – March 111, April 182, May 196.

    The site is already indexed in all the major search engines, including Google. It is ready for someone to start link building and working on increasing the PR and driving traffic to the site.

    Auction terms:

    Minimum bid increments: $5

    The site is old as is, but I don't think that would be too hard to do if you wanted to alter the page layout.
