Also Albania was not permitted but even if they will allow your country it will be useless as you must have an American Bank Account to send cash !?

Why not form a committee or something organized and force the Paypal guys to start operations here... and i volunteer for that

These days many versions , similar to PayPal are coming up in the market. But how good would they be in the long run?

I feel why Banglades and Pakistan is banned just because Paypal feel that they are playing safe.

 

Saudi Arabia is there , if I am not wrong. I think the government rules are the couses.

 

I hope PayPal will come to Bangladesh & Pakistan, but at the last. I am from Bangladesh, suffering a lot.

 

same here at the philippines. We have paypal but limited features oly. we cant receive funds..

 

The only reason coz they havent included pakistan is ... There Banking system and some goverment policies arent favourable for Paypal to open business in those countries.

I think paypal is not there because its not easy to scam people of these countries my friends has already got ripped from paypal and since that time i have moved to moneybookers its the best alternative actually better than paypal now even if paypal arrives in PK i wont be creating an account already got a verified MoneyBookers account takes 4 days to verify your address and a few hours to wire transfer money from moneybookers to your bank account in Pakistan its Awesome and for those who are saying we should remove our military rule you are wrong its the best erra for Pakistan and we have progressed much under military rule than any other ruler the people who deny this actually know this and paypal is not the only thing in the world there is WesternUnion and not to forget MoneyBookers.

 

you have the alternative, i see a lot of people use moneybookers these days, and if you people provide cheaper rates and do the work nicely, may be people who are using paypal will shift to money bookers!

it is highly unlikely that paypal is going to come in those countries, so the best alternative is moneybookers, so get it!

Yes moneybookers is an alternative , but almost every one use paypal , most of them dont use moneybooker and not having paypal there is less chance u can pay them or receive payment from them . Either way u loose business.

Whre have u heard from that friend, its not good news for us. We are optimisitc , changes are all arround . As they are in India, Srilanka, Nepal , paypal will also be in Bangladesh , Pakistan soon
