Buying Content/Information websites - Up to 24x revenue - 50k budget

Hi all,

We are currently looking to buy content based websites with the following characteristics:

- PR3+
- Traffic > 30k pageviews/month, >3000 uniques/month
- Must be mostly content, no forums (okay if as supplement to content), blogs, directories, porn, warez, etc.
- You must hold all copyright to the content or have permission for them to be reproduced. This means no video sharing, photo sharing, etc. unless there is explicit permission given. If in doubt, please PM and we'll check it out.
- Have solid backlinks from a variety of sources
- Prefer DMOZ listed
- Willing to pay up to 24x revenue depending on the site and risk level but looking at 12-15x mostly
- Purchase Budget is <= 50k
