how to able to receive payment in indonesia?

i'm planning to create an online business, but now stuck with paypall.
paypall simply not supporting where I live, Indonesia.
The payment i looking for where my 'future' customer will be able to sent payment with credit card, and hopely, they will not able to see where I live.
xoom doesn't support indonesia yet.

do they need to create an account in moneybookers before they send any payment to me?
