Who is the service provider of GOOGLE? I mean to ask which company provides hosting to GOOGLE. I think it’s a tough question to answer….? Let me see who answer first…
Google has their own datacenters (their newest one being in The Dalles, Oregon). If you mean bandwidth providers...probably a combination of a lot, and to my knowledge they used to purchase their own dark fiber, so probably run their own networks across the world.
hm..interesting thread..i always used to wonder how the big geeks like microsoft and others have their own datacenter..etc.
did you read about googles new internet in the hope through the toilet.. no i am not kidding..some optical fiber put inside the flush... i dont remeber it though..i read it on googles site itselff..
yeah Google owns dark fiber and got some of the biggest global networks nowadays , Nice document btw it really is a clear Wiki about G. but google has to be this big the serve so many people , i would like to see what that kind of traffic does to your alexa rank
great wiki link - interesting read (i'm sure alot of my friends wouldn't agree) but since i'm a semi-geek its ok!
1% ... you're pretty high maintenance! 1% of their market cap is still over $1 Billion ... so I'd take .001%!
Yeah I thought... but after hearing from you guy… that GOOGLE having own hosting… I changed the plan…
if ever they're hosted somewhere else.. then in the news.. Google Acquired "Name of Hosting" for $500 million lolz..
