    Here is the link www.ListingTheWeb.com
Nice, search engine. However, I still can't tell a good reason to use it. In other words, is the same as Google or other search engines.

    Hey nice site.

Why use "ads by google" if your trying to be different then google... just doesnt make sense. Anyways, would be good if you could make the results show a little wider...

Might want to get this done before anything - change the Adsense style so that it doesn't match the results - this is against the Adsense TOS. You will find the same recomendation from the script writer.

Where are you getting your results from? Are they from your own database?

Changing the colour of the background should be ok. The main warning from Google for scripts such as yours is that there should be a clear difference between the ad style and results.

    Looks quite good btw.

its nice, except get rid of the ads, thats one reason why it'd rather use google than your search engine!, does it also rank by PR if not, then what does it use?

i like this picture very nice:

Thanks aussieone, scared me a little bit lol but thanks.

rital, yeah that image has been my favorite for years now and i finally got a chance to use it. I admit I went a little heavy on the ads, just trying to turn a profit lol.
    Thanks for the comments!

Giving an example of a search with bad results would have made your statement a bit more worthwhile.

    Had to edit the post
Tried a few searches and onse loaded they do seem to work.
I see you are using a feed from uk.yahoo so does that limit the search results?
